Ed Anakar
President and Director of Operations
Since 2002
Mr. Anakar oversees development and management of the company’s operations throughout the country. He has more than 30 years of management experience in the hospitality industry with restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, sports bars, and adult entertainment venues. Growing up in the hospitality industry, his first job, at 16, was as a waiter at an upscale Mediterranean restaurant and bar in Houston, TX owned by his family. He quickly demonstrated an aptitude for the business. He joined a hotel management company that also owned restaurants and nightclubs. He was promoted to district manager of the chain, traveling throughout the U.S., overseeing multiple locations. In 1998, he became an operating partner of a Houston company that owned and operated nightclubs in Texas. A few years later a subsidiary of the then-Rick’s Cabaret International, Inc. bought a controlling interest. Mr. Anakar was invited to join the Rick’s team. Since then he has developed, launched, acquired, and overseen the operations of dozens of successful venues for the company.
Dean Reardon
Vice President of Operations

Mr. Reardon joined RCI Management Services as Vice President of Nightclub Operations. An industry veteran, he previously served in similar capacities with the Christie’s Cabaret and Spearmint Rhino adult nightclub chains. His role at RCIMS goes beyond his job title. His experience, positive energy and professionalism have been a great addition, with his remarkable ability to help people discover and achieve their potential. He is driven to cultivate a respectful, responsive, and professional environment. Mr. Reardon recently received an award for “Professional of the Year” from the company, a reflection of his dedication to putting people first and leading by example. Remaining focused on his goals while helping others achieve theirs has been the key to his success in his career and as a father and husband.
Shaun Kevlin
Assistant Director of Nightclub Operations

Mr. Kevlin has been in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years. After earning a BFA from Syracuse University, he moved to New York City to pursue an acting career, appearing on TV shows such as Law & Order and Blue Bloods. To supplement his income, he worked as a server and bartender at restaurants such as Jean-Georges’ Mercer Kitchen and 66. He transitioned to the gentleman’s club industry in 2003, finding the excitement he was looking for in the hospitality industry, and decided to make it a full-time career. He joined the world famous Rick's Cabaret New York in 2007 as a bartender, rising to manager and assistant general manager. In 2013, Mr. Kevlin became a Regional Manager and most recently has served as RCIMS Vice President of Nightclub Operations for the Northeast.
David Simmons
Director of Restaurant Operations

Mr. Simmons has been in the hospitality industry virtually his entire life and has been instrumental in the growth of some of the best known chains in the industry. His positions have included owner, franchisee, general manager, district manager, regional manager, director of operations, and vice president of operations, at organizations such as Brinker, Planet Hollywood, Black Eyed Pea, Pizza Inn, and Burch Management/Restaurant Division. He joined RCI Management Services in 2013 and has successfully developed and expanded the company’s Bombshells Restaurant & Bar chain. His areas of expertise include concept development, multi-unit operations, menu development, franchising, operations management, strategic planning, culinary management, operational efficiency, and financial management.
