Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. opens new "Temptations" Gentlemen's Club in Louisiana

HOUSTON – (May 6, 2013) -- A subsidiary of Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. has opened a new 'Temptations' gentlemen's club in Sulphur, LA., (3260 Hwy 108 South ) close to the L'Auberge Hotel & Casino in Lake Charles and eight other gambling resorts, as well as the huge CITGO Lake Charles Manufacturing Complex.

The new club brings to 37 the total clubs operated by Rick's Cabaret subsidiaries, with five more under construction. All 42 locations will be opened by October 2013, including a new club in Los Angeles County that will launch next month and a second club in the Fashion District of Midtown Manhattan, both to be called Vivid Cabaret.

The Sulphur club real estate was purchased last month for $850,000. A subsidiary of Rick's Cabaret paid $50,000 in cash and financed the remainder at 7 percent interest. It opened as 'Temptations' with a "soft launch" as soon as operating permits and licenses were received on May 2nd. A grand opening will be held in the near future.

The 6,000 square foot Temptations has a 24-hour liquor license and will feature hospitality and beautiful entertainers typical of all Rick's Cabaret clubs.
