Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. Schedules Annual Shareholder Meeting For July 31st In Houston

HOUSTON-(June 27, 2007)-Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. [NASDAQ:RICK] operator of upscale gentlemen's clubs, will hold its annual shareholder meeting July 31st at the Rick's Cabaret in Houston.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. at the club and restaurant, located at 410 North Sam Houston Parkway. All shareholders in the company are welcome to attend the meeting.

Eric Langan, President and CEO of the company, will discuss the 2006 fiscal year results, the company's ongoing strategies, and normal shareholder business will be conducted.
